Former Springbok Legend and World Cup Winner BJ Botha Joins Virtual Rugby Academy

PETERSBURG, FL – The Virtual Rugby Academy (VRA) is proud to announce the addition of former South African Springbok legend and World Cup winner, BJ Botha, to its elite coaching and mentorship roster. Botha brings a wealth of international experience to the world’s first global digital rugby academy, reinforcing VRA's mission to democratize access to the greatest minds in rugby.
BJ Botha is a titan of the game, famously known for his pivotal role in the Springboks' 2007 Rugby World Cup triumph. With over 25 test caps for South Africa and an illustrious club career spanning the Sharks, Ulster, and Munster, Botha is widely regarded as one of the finest scrummagers of his era.

Through the VRA platform, players, coaches, and clubs will now have the opportunity to learn directly from Botha. His involvement will include specialized unit sessions, pro-connect calls, and exclusive content within the VRA Learning Center, specifically focusing on set-piece mastery and the technical nuances of elite-level forward play.
