Mudariki brings international leadership, professional pedigree, and a deep understanding of high-performance rugby to the world’s first global digital rugby academy—further advancing VRA’s mission to democratize access to the greatest minds in the game.
A seasoned professional and respected leader, Mudariki has represented Zimbabwe on the international stage and captained the national side, showcasing composure, tactical intelligence, and resilience at the highest level of competition. Known for his sharp game management, quick service, and ability to control tempo under pressure, he has built a reputation as one of Zimbabwe’s most influential modern players and ambassadors for the sport.

“Our mission at VRA has always been to break down geographical barriers and provide every rugby athlete, regardless of location, with direct access to world-class expertise,” said Graham Knoop, CEO of Virtual Rugby Academy. “Hilton embodies leadership, grit, and a global perspective on the game. His experience captaining Zimbabwe and competing professionally will provide invaluable insight to our members—especially young 9s and emerging leaders who want to elevate their decision-making and game control.”
Through the VRA platform, players, coaches, and clubs will now have the opportunity to learn directly from Mudariki. His curriculum will emphasize tactical awareness, breakdown speed, communication, and the mental composure required to direct a team at elite level.
“I’m excited to partner with Virtual Rugby Academy because it aligns with my belief that access to knowledge shouldn’t be limited by geography,” said Mudariki. “There are talented players all over the world who simply need the right guidance and mentorship. If I can help young players think faster, lead better, and perform with confidence, then we’re moving the game forward.”
This partnership signals another bold step in VRA’s commitment to building a truly global academy—connecting aspiring athletes with proven professionals who have led and performed on the international stage.
